Nano Barium Transparent Masterbatch
Asian Tradelinks introduces its NanoShine NB-9 Nano Barium Transparent Masterbatch—an advanced plastic additive leveraging nanotechnology to enhance performance and reduce costs. It is engineered to partly replace HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, or PP in film and moulding applications while preserving mechanical strength and transparency. Using ultra-fine nano powders and premium polymer carriers, it offers excellent dispersion, surface quality, and processing efficiency.
- Contains 70–80% nano powder with particle size as fine as 0.1 micron
- LLDPE-based carrier ensures good compatibility
- Excellent film surface finish without dark spots
- Low moisture content (< 0.1%) improves processing stability
- Melt Index: < 8.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg)
- Processing Temperature: 120°C to 220°C
